About The Team The Supply Chain Team orchestrates delivery of products purchased on Tribute's eCommerce platform. We have three objectives: 1) deliver a best-in-class post-purchase experience, 2) strengthen unit economics, and 3) nurture partner relationships.
Specialist is responsible for onboarding new florists as part of the website production process. This position works closely with the Production Team and the Supply Chain Manager to whom they report. Job Responsibilities 'Cold call' florists to sell them on benefits of Tribute Store and partnership with the team Act as coordinator and florist's primary point of contact during Tribute Store setup process Orient florists to Tribute catalog and order routing processes, including use of fulfillment portal Work collaboratively with Specialist 1 to discern eligibility of florists in development Recognize complex issues and escalate key findings and recommendations to leadership Maintain momentum by performing all launch procedures in an organized and timely manner Detail progress to completion within project management software, and work cross-functionally to provide outstanding support throughout the onboarding experience Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, as needed, for internal and external stakeholders Promptly begin each shift; this role works 40 hours per week Other duties as assigned Qualifications Associate's degree or 1-2 years of experience in sales or project management experience Alternatively, 3+ years of customer service experience Proficiency in English language; strong oral and written communication skills Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office products Floral industry experience is preferred but not required
