Advance is seeking a reliable and motivated Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience, this role is perfect for individuals looking to jumpstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities:- Interact with customers through live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer concerns- Innovate to find creative solutions to customer problems- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
