School Research Director

JOB SUMMARY
Performs duties associated with coordinating, implementing and balancing multiple research studies and projects. The Research Coordinator is accountable to deliver established goals, utilizes good judgment, knowledge and skills in the area of expertise while maintaining expected quality standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Formulates plans and organizes the research activities of the institution.
• Conducts research training programs for faculty in coordination with the College Dean and Basic Education Principal.
• Prepares and submits proposals for the Research Program.
• Initiates the evaluation and recommends approval of research proposals
• Coordinates the implementation of the activities of the research program with the program heads, principal and other officers of the institutions.
• Performs statistical treatment of researches and interprets results.
• Networks and links with other agencies and research organization
• Prepares and submits progress, semestral and annual report to the School Director or Executive VP
• And, performs other related work as may be assigned by the EV or the Research
Director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business administration with major in education or any related field
At least 2 years of experience working as Research Adviser
Excellent organizational skills
Strong Communication skills
