Providing legal advice and opinions;Monitoring the dispute resolution processProviding administrative & project support involving legal matters;Conducting research in all legal fields of interest of the company and promptly respond to legal issues / concerns;Ensuring all transaction, operations, policies and procedures are valid, binding and enforceable under any court of law;Updating, managing & securing the integrity of documentation;Ensuring that the company's interests are protected under the law;Establishing / improving and upholding company policies, guidelines, procedures, etc.;**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
