Paralegal

• Attend hearings and prepare testimony on behalf of the corporation.• Make sure that documents for case filing are correct.• Draft legal correspondence like Affidavit of Service, Complaint Affidavit and Investigation Data Form, Judicial Affidavit• Gather and arrange evidence and other legal documents for attorney's review and case preparation.• Help lawyers during trials by handling exhibits, taking notes or reviewing trial transcripts.• Establish and maintain proper records of hearing schedules, files and legal status.• Manage to compute restructuring and compromise agreements during hearings or even client visits.• Monitor accounts through follow on calls under compromise agreement.• Negotiate with clients for possible compromise agreement during hearing/ mediation.• Field works from time to time when needed especially for special cases/ projects like skip tracing, high risk accounts, etc.• Coordinate with office personnel.
