LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR (1)JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- Graduate of any Business Course, Psychology or a related field- Experience working in Learning and Development as team lead or any similar- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods- Experience in project management and budgeting- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)- Professional training certification is a plusRESPONSIBILITIES:- Create and execute learning strategies and programs- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing,online training)- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most oflearning opportunities- Outsourcing of training facilitators, organization and oversee training and L&D- Track budgets and negotiate contractsSALARY RANGE: 25K – 30KBENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMOWORK SCHEDULE: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PMWORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga
