JOB DESCRIPTIONPrimarily responsible for the end-to-end execution of leadership and professional development programs in Accenture Operations. This includes talent capability assessment, training design and development, training delivery and training effectiveness monitoring.Facilitates the assessment and analysis of employees' performance and learning needs including all identified learning activities in collaboration with Operations Leads to meet the agreed upon program objectives.Designs and develops training modules, workbooks, job aids, and assessments.Facilitates courses in the learning plan.Tracks and reports relevant training data and generation of required training reports for internal stakeholders' use.Qualifications:JOB QUALIFICATIONSCollege graduateMinimum 1-2 years training or supervisor experienceOpen to BPO or Non BPO candidatesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, required. Excellent presentation skills. Proficient in report writing, business correspondence.Ability to implement end to end training needs analysis (TNA)Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniquesHas working knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
