Lead Programmer - Console/PC Studio – Remote WorkingA London based Console studio are currently looking to expand on their BAFTA winning success and require a Lead Programmer to work on a new IP. The studio founders come with a great reputation of producing high selling games and would like this trend to continue for their new game.
The studio has created a series of fun and addictive games which appeal both to the mid-core and casual audiences. As the Lead Programmer you’ll be involved with the overall gameplay experience of the title, such as developing easy to use mechanics, systems and fast flowing gameplay, all whilst managing a small team. This is a 60/40 split between being hands on and managerial.

The studio will provide all the development kits, software licenses and can offer 100% remote working, with some meetings in their Central London office when required, so being based in the UK is a huge plus.
Requirements

At least 4 years’ experience in the games industry
Strong skills with Unity and C#
Experience with Console development
Experience of leading or mentoring/training teams
