**Position**:Network Admin**Work Location**:Angeles, Pampanga**Work Shift**: Day Shift**Work Set-up**: Work-from-Office (On-site)**Qualifications**:- Excellent phone manner and exceptional patience when explaining tech concepts to the same people over and over.- An excellent eye for detail.- Ability to think through a problem that they might not be able to see to figure out what might be wrong.- Troubleshooting Windows environments- Maintaining Windows Server- Administrating Google Workspace and Office 365**Responsibilities**:- Customer facing tech support calls for Windows and Apple desktops- Windows, Apple and Server 2012 R2 and onwards maintenance- Maintenance and setup such as prepping new computers for users, pushing through software updates, deploying and inducting new users, decommissioning old users, archiving old data- Maintaining and creating process documentation- Maintaining and creating training documentation- There will be some rote data maintenance functions (such as moving data from one User Directory to another).**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Promotion to permanent employee- Staff meals provided- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Network administration: 3 years (preferred)- O365: 2 years (preferred)- Microsoft Windows Server: 2 years (preferred)- Remote Tools: 2 years (preferred)- Windows Support: 2 years (preferred)- Apple Support: 2 years (preferred)
