Job Description:
Oversee the full implementation and management of employee grievance and discipline system to RRHI group Prior to escalation to Legal Counsel, evaluate and review documentation related to suspension and dismissal cases, including grievance responses and disciplinary actions, applying subject-matter expertise to support an appropriate response to a variety of complex situations. Assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing policies, initiatives, and systems related to employee discipline and compliance Provides guidance, expert interpretation of policy, and training on employee discipline and labor relations to managers, employees, and Human Resources professionals Consolidate and assess data on employee grievance and employee discipline cases, and recommend initiatives/solutions to decrease/reduce the occurrence of the same Partner with HR Managers in addressing recurring employee grievance issues and disciplinary cases Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; at least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified Knowledge in the field of labor relations Knowledge in Philippine Labor Law Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different levels Experience in drafting memos and other labor-related documents Ability to analyze complex information, and to define and solve problems.
