Kyndryl Gcg Payroll & Offboarding Manager

Lead a team in managing GCG payroll operations for Kyndryl, provide leadership, direction and coaching for the team. Lead the team to deliver quality and timely payroll service to employees and business partners.
Assist with driving global payroll strategy to align on refining current payroll operations to streamline processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and best-in-class services
Interpret, monitor changes, and ensure compliance to pay and tax regulations and company policy affecting payroll procedures.
Maintain proper internal controls around payroll processes. Ensure documented procedures and controls are followed and complied with.
Build strong internal customer relationships with business partners, eg. HR Function Team, Accounting Team, Legal, Technical Support Team, etc.
Partner with the Financial Team on the annual statutory financial audits. Support any internal or external payroll/tax audit, build good working relationships with the respective tax and social security bureaus.
Drive any process improvement for efficiency, simplification, automation and enhance customer experience.
Drive and participate in systems project implementations impacting payroll process and operations.
