Accounting In-Charge

Business Permit renewal processing- BIR related transaction such as printing ansd submission to BIR- Supervise the daily accounting transactions per site like accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory and acquired assets- Monitors daily and monthly inventory- Responsible in providing the annual budget per site and monitor expenditures, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions- Responsible on the semi-annually performance evaluation of site accounting personnel- Ensures that all debit/credit charges from clients and suppliers are well accounted and with proper communication to HO accounting- Attend weekly accounting review with HO accounting- Assist on month-end and year-end closing**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
