Key Account Supervisor

The Key Account Supervisor (KAS) oversees and manages the Key Accounts sales projection, sales volume generation and sales distribution across all retail channels in the modern trade and general trade including collection objectives of Key Accounts (inclusive of Convenience Outlets) . He/She has total responsibility and accountability for regional sales territory. He /She is responsible ensuring that the Key Accounts are profitable, shows good sales growth, and follows all policies and procedures aimed at operating in the most economical and efficient manner. Additional responsibilities include Logistics, Trade Marketing, Merchandising, interviewing, hiring, and training Team Members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Team Members; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Travel in the sales region to ensure sales directions, targets and objectives are met.
