About the Job We are looking for someone to join our logistics and purchasing team. The ideal candidate should have ample experience in dealing with IT-related procurements and be able to provide internal and external user support in this key area.
Duties and responsibilities In-charge in purchasing of IT-related equipment, software and applications, licenses, and other requests Continuously update the Inventory Management System on a daily basis and keep track of our logistics as a whole Develop and establish strategic processes related to logistics and purchasing and perform continuous improvement Work closely with requestors and direct managers to provide user support and updates Other duties as needed Qualifications BS Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field At least 2 years prior experience in handling logistics and purchasing Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills Solid understanding of the procurement process Detail-oriented and proactive with excellent analytical ability A background on inventory management system, logistics applications, and ticketing system Strong background in IT logistics and purchasing Working conditions This role is a full-time salaried position. Work hours for this position are flexible and will be performed from a home office. *Must be based in Cebu, Philippines. Direct reports This position has no direct reports.
