Junior Software Developer

Fencore is a startup working on an enterprise data management platform in the finance industry with a small team made up of industry veterans and entrepreneurs. The core team is based in Singapore, but we are also building a team in the Philippines. We are hiring a junior developer who is passionate about solving problems and creating great user experiences.Job Responsibilities:As a SAAS platform developer, you will be working closely with our CTO and senior developer to develop the core software modules that will process, govern, and display finance dataYou will work towards delivering milestone objectives in a close working environment as part of the product teamYou will aid the team with developmental and product decisionsYou will be:Writing front and back end codeMaintaining and developing systems as they are builtWorking with client research to build to requirementsTaking occasional trips to Singapore to work with the teamRequirements:Interest in data and finance softwareAble to design and write scalable and efficient codeBackend development with C# and ASP.net CoreTypeScript and Vue.js development or equivalentPreferred experience with SQL server/MySQLPreferred skills: Vuetify, Vuex, Entity Framework CoreFamiliar with versioning tools such as GitGood with documentation and a good command of englishSelf organisation and time managementFamiliarity with ETL development a plusKnowledge of finance asset classes a plus
