Plant Manager

This position will be based in our Main Plant in San Fernando, Pampanga and will require travel to our nationwide roll-forming plants from Luzon, Visayas to Mindanao.Salary will be commensurate with experience. Attractive benefits aside from the usual government and usual allowances.**Responsibilities and Duties of a Plant Manager**:- Manages policy deployment in the areas of lean manufacturing techniques, quality, cost reduction, complete and on-time delivery, safety, customer satisfaction, employee relations, visual controls, and plant performance measures.- Ensures compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete and on-time delivery.- Responsible for the effective and efficient supervision of all roll-forming plants nationwide.- Set, Maintain and Improve a transparent KPI-system to lead the plant in a standardized way and aligned with the regional KPIs.- Reviews and monitors the performance of employees in the Plant and gives necessary suggestion/recommendation to the Top Management with the help of the Supervisors.**Qualifications and skills needed**:- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Civil Engineering- Lean Sigma certification is an advantage- Minimum of 3 years of plant management- Experience in a roofing industry is an advantage- Possessing problem and analytical skills- Project and performance management skills- Adept in basic machinery and all phases of the job in the workplace.
