Junior Legal Manager

Job Description:
Assisting Legal Manager Drafting and reviewing a various range of contract within the designated Gojek product or digital marketing activities. Providing day-to-day legal support for cross-functional department, including support associated with business process improvement, operational matters, and international expansion of the products. Working closely and coordinating with the business team in Gojek and external legal counsel appointed by Gojek Group as required. Giving continued support on the creation, standardisation and implementation of Gojek Group legal compliance, policies, terms & conditions, internal working procedures and standard operational guidelines. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Law from a reputable law school in Indonesia. Minimum 2 year of experience in private practice at top-tier law firms, or minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience as in-house legal of multinational companies. Significant experience in drafting, and negotiating legal documents both in English and Indonesian. Excellent drafting skills. Good legal knowledge for corporate law and analytical interpretation of business structure (both technical and operational aspects). Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Ability to adapt, work as a team and willingness to work in fast-paced team environment. Excellent communication and social competence skills. Strong interest in Tech industry and Digital Marketing.
