Marketing Director

Job Responsibilities:- Oversee a company's overall advertising and sales strategy- Must be able to produce, edit, and repurpose content— including IG reels, videos, stories, etc.- Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities- Develop the structure of the business's marketing department- Develop marketing campaign ideas- Coordinate marketing efforts with the company's financial and branding goals- Must be able to strategize and work well with others- Undertake market research studies and analyze the results to better understand the market and customer tastes- Market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, and advertising- Strictly manage and achieve KPIs and report to management- Support the company's vision, mission, goals, and culture- Embody company values (lead by example)- All SOPs and processes are developed, followed, updated (when necessary), and implemented- Get management approval before changing processes or implementing new ones- Support the management on new hire onboarding, training, and managing a team- Must have a background in video editing, social media management, content creation, brand marketing strategy- Must have years of experience as an Automation ExpertJob Qualifications:- Proven interpersonal skills- He/she must be an excellent communicator and good listener- He/she must be a good collaborator- Problem-solving skills, decision-making skills- Must have a positive attitude & open to feedback- Must be organized and motivated- Proven Project-management skills- He/she must be results-driven- Can manage an offshore team in the Philippines- Flexibility & resourcefulness are a must- Passionate customer advocacy- Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product, and service management- Deep understanding of changing market dynamics- Able to work with less supervision and can work independently**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Monday to Friday- Night shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Angeles City, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
