BE ONE OF OUR CLIENT'S PIONEERS HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES!
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in general HR is required for this position.
At least managerial experience in HR.
Has experience in setting up a new company - making company handbook, recruiting pioneer staff, etc.
Has experience in food service industry, preferably restaurant franchises.
Preferably has experience in working for a Japanese company.
1 Full-Time position available.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Finalize organization structure and recruitment strategies
Create payroll rule regarding sharing of service charge to employees
Make company handbook, policies, and procedures
Create compensation and benefits structure and evaluation system
Assist in recruiting pioneer staff, train employees as needed
Other general HR tasks

Planned work schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00-18:00
Salary range: 50,000-70,000
Target onboarding date: July 2020
