Junior Finance Associate

Job Description:
Maintains accounts of subsidiaries by verifying and posting transactions Maintains historical records by filing documents Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends Ensure compliance with BIR and SEC by studying their requirements, enforcing adherence to it, filing reports, and advising management on needed actions Prepare monthly variance report Assists in budget preparation and strategic planning of the Subsidiary Liaise with Business Unit Head to ensure company growth and expansion Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess a Bachelor's/ College degree in Accountancy Up to date knowledge in accounting and taxation Can work efficiently under pressure to provide prompt and accurate reports Is highly organized and detail-oriented Has excellent oral and written communication skills Must be computer literate (i.e. Microsoft offices and etc.) Is a team player At least one-year exposure in the Food and Beverages Industry
