**QUALIFICATIONS**:1. Graduate of any Accounting or Financial related course.2. At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Credit and Collection. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.3. Relevant experience in hospital setting is a plus.4. Willing to work in Manila area.**JOB DESCRIPTION**:1. Utilize computerized accounting Software Programs2. Generate and send out invoices3. Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment5. Provide Customer Service Regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments. Resolve client discrepancies and short payments. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts - customer calls, accounts adjustments, small balance write off, customers reconciliations and processing credit memos.6. Enlist the efforts of sales and management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.7. Receive Payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts8. Negotiate Credit Extensions when necessary9. Receive and Verify Invoices and requisitions for Services10. Print and distribute monthly financial reports11. Verify Transactions comply with financial policies and procedures12.Maintain Listing of Accounts Receivable and Payable13. Prepare batches of invoices for data entry14. Record all checks and manage weekly check run15. Prepare vendor check-in mailing16.
