Finance Manager

Coordinate with CMG to fulfill financial reporting duties in timely manner, including monthly/quarterly closing, FP&A and other necessary tasks that is required by CMG.- Managing the company's finances, identifying ways to increase revenue and decrease costs, analyzing financial reports, and preparing operating budgets.- Working closely with accounting firm to collate and report monthly/quarterly figures in timely and accurate manner.- Handle annual financial closing and audit (both internal and external).- Prepare for cashflow management report.- Train and manage Finance staffs- Coordinate with CMG to fulfill Administrative reporting duties in timely manner.- Delegating administrative tasks to direct reports and monitoring their progress (and coordinating for new potential hires as needed).- Arrange office and equipment and prepare documents, to comply PEZA requirements.**Job Qualification**:- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course- with at least 4-8 years of solid general accounting experience- Knows overall PEZA Process- Can use Quickbooks and cope to using other new technologies (Salesforce, Cloud storage and Online Spreadsheets)- CPA is not required**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php35,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company events- Flexible schedule- Flextime- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Flexible shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay
