Jr. Production Supervisor/Team Leader

Role and Responsibilities: Ensure workflow in the operation is according to the production processes. Lead the operators to meet the targets. Assist in identifying corrective measures of malfunction machineries and equipment. Provide technical training on the proper use of equipment and assist in monitoring compliance with safety requirements. Assist in checking job performance of the operators. Maintains safety work environment. Prepare reports for the production performance. Job Requirements: Graduate of Vocational Course or College Level Minimum of 2 years work experience as Operator Team Leader Preferably with experience in handling machineries, forklift, wheel loaders operations and boiler operations At least with basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications Willing to work on a shifting schedule Willing to be assigned at Mabalacat city, Pampanga Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
