In this position, you will be: Administrative Duties Conducting thorough internet and marketing research to support project initiatives. Creating and formatting documents, delivering impactful PowerPoint presentations. Performing meticulous data entry and maintaining systematic organization. Updating and managing presentation materials and various documentation. Coordinating virtual Zoom meetings for workshops, ensuring adherence to established processes. Assisting in the successful implementation of new programs, contributing to seamless execution. Client Management Facilitating client onboarding, offboarding, and follow-up processes. Elevating the client journey to deliver a world-class experience. Crafting, editing, and refining PowerPoint proposals for potential projects. Scheduling and coordinating client calls, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills. Acting as a vital link between trainers and clients, ensuring efficient communication. Managing workshop schedules and coordinating with trainers to ensure optimal delivery. Project Management and Coordination Spearheading projects from conceptualization through to successful completion. Upholding project timelines and aligning with established project frameworks. Developing, maintaining, and monitoring comprehensive project plans and schedules. Ensuring meticulous documentation of all project-related information. Efficiently integrating new trainers and clients into the operational system.
Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in project management and administration roles, highlighting proven capabilities in coordinating and overseeing multifaceted projects. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, showcasing the ability to convey complex information effectively. Proficiency in utilizing advanced project management tools and CRM systems, underscoring the ability to streamline workflows and enhance project efficiency. Strong background in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools Proficiency in utilizing project management and CRM platforms such as Monday.com, Basecamp, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Zapier, and Zoho One Competence in communication management tools including Skype, Gmail, Google Hangouts, Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Teams Familiarity with various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, underscoring an understanding of contemporary digital marketing channels.
