Truly living the core value 'Trust the Process', you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of products and ensuring our data is correct and in the right place.**Responsibilities**:- Install and configure hardware and software- Liaise and escalate issues to external companies- Updating and patching systems and software- Repairing and replacing equipment- Maintaining & Updating asset register- On boarding and Off boarding of employees- Policy Management- Provide software troubleshooting assistance to all departments within the Monster Group- Assist with onsite crisis management (power / internet outages)- On boarding software trainer (8x8, CRM, Zoho People, Cliq)- Company ticketing system management- CRM tasks - (Bucket management, BAU fix test, CRM investigation tasks)- Queue management- Agent Management 8x8- Uphold InfoSec policy in PH Office- Subscription Management- Office cleanliness**Requirements**:- 2 - 4 Years of experience in a similar IT support role- Microsoft Suite & Google Workspace knowledge.
