It Assistant (Web Development)

**JOB DUTIES**:- Writes the programming code, either from scratch or by adapting existing website software and graphics packages to meet business requirements.- Tests the website and identifies any technical problem.- Uploads the site onto a server and register it with different search engines.- Establishes the purpose of the website based upon its target audience.- Identifies the content the site will host.- Determines any functionality that the site must support, for example, whether it will handle financial transactions or enquires.- Gives guidance on layout, colors and styles.- Builds or assists in the development of website.- Manages websites and perform continual maintenance; this can includes links, database, and other functions.- Provides web space for individuals and business.- Markets of websites on various platforms including other sites and search engines; determine ad structures, pricing, placement, etc.- Maintains school websites.- Ensures the servers, hardware and software are operating accurately.- Designs websites.- Generates and revise web pages.- Examines and analyses site traffic.- Utilizes scripting languages not limited to JavaScript.- Configures web server administrator.- Manages access rights of different users on website.- Creates and modifies appearance and setting of site.- Lay outs content on web pages.- Decides what kind of computer will hold a web site's information.- Tests websites to see if there are any parts that are difficult to use.- Fixes links that don't work and pictures that aren't appearing properly.- Decides how site's content will be delivered to the Internet.- Keeps small files so sites load faster.- Tests different browsers and ensure people with different computers can access a website.- Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as may deem necessary by the immediate superior.**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:- Graduate of at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related courses- No prior work experience required**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: From Php12,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Employee discount- Paid training- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Monday to Friday- OvertimeSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Web Development: 1 year (preferred)
