Reports Analyst L Bacolod

A reporting Analyst creates and finetunes data visualization and flow for all QA needs across 3 QA layers - implementation, operational, and business analytics. The role also covers process improvement through process automation through existing cloud services.**Specific Tasks**:- Identifying specific business opportunities around reporting.- Testing business processes and recommending improvements around QA dashboard.- Teaching of associates who will take on QA dashboards on how to use and update.- Automation on QA reporting in excel and google data studios, and any other future platforms- Creation of process automation in applicable platforms- Creation of tools required for business analysis- Occasional support to L&D department on projects not specifically associated to QA reporting.- Perform other duties as assigned.**Knowledge, Skill Set & Qualifications Required**- 2-3 years Call Center Experience- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills- Basic to Intermediate knowledge on app scripts/JavaScript- Intermediate to advance management of presentation tools (PPT)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Experience in staff positions- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities- Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments- In depth understanding of organization data flow and its use in management decision-making- 1-2 years Analyst Experience a plus- Bachelor's degree is a plus- Must be self-motivator and self-starter;- Focus on quality and customer service;- Exceptional listening and analytical skills;- Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company.**The Perks**- Learning and Development Opportunities- Career Advancement Opportunities- Healthcare Benefits- Group Life Insurance- Tenure Based Benefits- Profit Sharing- Annual Performance Appraisal- Retirement Benefits**What we do.**Ubiquity delivers business process outsourcing and advisory solutions across customer service, technology, and operations.
