JOB OPENING: SALES MANAGERJoin our team as a Sales Manager and take the lead in driving our Sales & Marketing Team to success!Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations in the Sales and Marketing Team.- Create strategic sales plans to expand customer reach, increase market share, and enhance profitability.- Manage accounts and ensure overall customer satisfaction.- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and quotas.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in any computer/IT and/or Sales & marketing related courses.- 5 or more years of experience in managing sales in an IT corporate setting.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Outstanding leadership ability.- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.Salary Range: Php 50,000-80,000Work Schedule: Mondays-Fridays | 8:30am-7:00pmWork Location: Binondo, Manila
