It Project Manager

Anstellen Global is looking for Contract workers to work remotely for our Canadian Client. You will work from the comfort of your own home. You will need to be fluent in spoken and written English, you will be responsible for the equipment and tools to complete the work tasked to you.You will provide technical support and implementations services for clients, enabling them with Microsoft's fast-developing cloud technology to help them to be more productive and competitive. This will include:- Managing full project life cycles, including communication, scheduling, and setting expectations with clients- Serving as an escalation point for the Support team as needed- Proactively collaborating with the Strategy and Support teamsSkill Requirements- 5+ years of progressive IT experience, preferably in the managed service industry- Basic understanding of project management practices- Ability to prioritize and organize, handling multiple projects and deadlines- Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making skills- IT skills related (but not limited) to:- Windows Server, Windows 10, Microsoft Azure, and O365 administration and migration- Microsoft Remote Desktop services- VMware vSphere- HP ProLiant Server hardware- SonicWall- LabTech or other RMM systems- ConnectWise or other PSA systems- Network appliances such as routers, switches, and firewallsContribution to Company Values- Fun - We take our work seriously, but not ourselves- Integrity - We do what we say we will do- Professionalism - We are the professional IT company for professional services firms- Service - We exist to serve our clients and each other- Unity - We are all equally responsible for our success**Salary**: Php25,890.42 - Php83,025.00 per month**Benefits**:- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Early shift**Experience**:- Technical support: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)License/Certification:- Microsoft Certification (preferred)
