It Project Coordinator

Job Description:- Overall project planning and progress toward the implementation.- Monitoring, maintaining and adjusting the project plan (based on the input and deliverables of team members).- Reviewing and assisting in issue resolution.- Coordinating task dependencies and assisting in establishing milestone project goals that keep the project on time.- Conduct or facilitate the implementation Project kick-off and status meetings.- Measurement of plan vs actual with variance analysis.- Continually monitor scope, time frame, budget and risk.- Develop and maintain a project management infrastructure to support the project.- Coordinate the overall team resource requirements and utilization.- Develop, maintain, and manage to the detailed project plan.- Conduct and participate in project meetings as needed to maintain project cohesiveness and direction.- Collect status from teams, create and distribute project status reports.- Communicate project status, risk, and escalated issues to Project sponsor and project steering committee.- Manage project change requests including the identification and processing of changes to project scope. Assess impact of change on project and provide recommendations.- Conduct project checkpoint evaluations at strategic points in project lifecycle to assess project status, risk, and quality.- Develop and deliver documentation or presentation regarding project objectives, status and issues for stakeholder groups.- Attend in-person or teleconference meetings of stakeholder groups to seek input and/or provide updates.- Act as liaison for Project Manager where requested.- Provide input, guidance, and advice to identify and resolve project issues as well as identify and mitigate project risk.**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Shift systemAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)
