The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and projects are delivered and performed according to expectations.DETAILED ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Client Relationship Management:-Conducts market research to identify potential clients or brands within the live selling industry.-Responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients interested in leveraging live selling platforms for business growth and development.-Conducts effective presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of the company and platform.-Utilizes various channel such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to generate leads.-Understand client's goals, objectives, and deliverables for each project, and translate them into actionable plans.-Drafts engagement proposals based on the approved Live Selling package/ pricing to be submitted to the clients.-Communicates regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.-Leads the MCN team by providing clear direction and guidance on operational processes and plans.-Leads the MCN team by providing clear direction on talent recruitment process and requirements .2.
