Hybrid- Ortigas, Pasig What is the Job all about This position is part of the IT Operations team of a global IS Infrastructure Operations division serving all Grundfos companies on a 24-by-5 schedule for now.
This role will be directly reporting to the IT Manager and to be based in Ortigas, Pasig City. Your main responsibilities: Manage incidents/critical incidents Conduct Basic and advance Operations of the IS infrastructure for network and server Perform technical monitoring / Event management Contribute to service delivery monitoring strategy/design by sharing knowledge and suggest improvements Excellent corporation with colleagues with IS and external partners Your background: Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar position in IS Infrastructure. IT/IS degree or equivalent work experience. IT certification, e.g. MSCE/MCITP/CCNA and experience from working within an international environment is a plus.
