Dispatch Operator

Job Responsibilities
Describe the job role and the day to day tasks involved.
Day to day duties include:
. Monitoring of electronic dispatch system and emails
. Answering of telephones calls for alarm responses.
. Outbound calls to dispatch guards for alarm response
. Coordination of multiple parties to service the sites with alarm responses.
. Follow-up of all outstanding or overdue service requests
. Escalation of issues to relevant Managers
. Reporting of all service outcomes into the electronic dispatch systems
. Monitoring of electronic roster system and Emails
. Escalation of non-attendance to the relevant Manager.
. Documenting of all incidents and issues into electronic register.
