It Operations Associate

Position Summary Responsible for the day to day fulfillment of the Information Technology (IT) and *Operational Technology (OT) support, technical services to business unit related applications, software and hardware. Performs service desk functions to ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT services including deployment of IT solutions, complies to corporate standards, applying the right use of IT tools, continuing education of users, ensuring proper monitoring and control of the IT assets (hardware and application/software licenses).
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering and Electronics Engineering At least 2 years relevant experience in IT Project management experience (preferred) Competencies: Strategic and analytical thinking IT infrastructure IT Service Desk / Helpdesk Systems Development or Implementation Server Management and Administration Communication skills
