**GoTeam** is seeking a competent **Media Buyer **who can leverage creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creative, landing pages, and campaigns for specific brands and publishers.Your client helps customers keep their homes and offices healthier and more eco-responsible, by providing safer and chemical-free alternatives to traditional home care and household cleaning products.**In this position, you will be**:- Driving the client's acquisition strategy by developing and managing profitable buys for multiple brands.- Developing and testing online media campaigns with specific performance-based objectives and expanding them into high-volume/large-spend buys.- Leveraging creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creative, landing pages, and campaigns for specific brands and publishers.- Managing creation and execution of campaigns that deliver against business goals.- Driving and optimizing key traffic and revenue metrics including CTR and conversions through targeting and creative optimization.- Prospecting new publisher and media buying opportunities.- Managing CPM, CPL, CPA, CPC, and CPV campaigns and review backend performance to ensure specific eCPA and profitability goals are met.- Developing strong relationships with brands to continually test and optimize programs.- Working with various departments to develop and advance the online marketing team.- Designing and optimizing new creative solutions in-line with business objectives**Some nice-to-have skills and qualifications**:- With 3+ years of experience in performance marketing.- With experience in Facebook and TikTok.- Can create and test their own ad copy.- Photoshop experience a plus.- Understands consumer psychology.- Comfortable spending $100K+ per month profitably.- Comfortable scaling up accounts from the ground up.- Able to script their own videos to hand off to video editor.- Huge fan of A/B testing and constantly iterating.- Create and test their own ad copy.- Great communication and organizational skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate.- Great creative skills and can integrate with the creative team.- Loves learning and likes to have fun and bring creativity to the team.- Strong multi-tasking capabilities and ability to produce under constraints.- A professional and positive attitude.- **Your Benefits**:- Dual-monitor PC setup or laptop for your home.- 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Training- Your copy of "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" and "Little Black Book for Stunning Success"- Exceed Institute - Training and tools to help you navigate life and build a rich and connected family life.- HMO coverage from start date for you and one dependent, for free.
