Qualifications:- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course- Knowledgeable in Computer System (Software & Hardware) & Network installation,programming, operation, analysis, troubleshooting and maintenance- Knowledgeable in Micros Opera, POS, Room Key System, CCTV, WIFI installation, configurationtroubleshooting and maintenance- Possess good command in both oral and written English- With at least 1 year work experience in a similar role- Familiar with inventory system and reportsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESmain server- Organizes, configures, establishes and maintains network resources- Provides users access system- Troubleshoots and configures hardware problems in all workstations including servers- Installs and configures Windows operating system- Troubleshoots and configures utility software errors used in networking- Installs and maintains Software system such as Opera Micros, POS, CCTV, Room Keys- Provides Network access, internet and internal mail to end users- Installs cables, switches and hubs- Monitors WIFI accessibility of the property- Provides technical assistance to both c0-worker and guests- Liaise with all system and program providers for any concerns raised by end users- Provides cost estimates and sourcing of IT related equipment and gadgets- Monitors inventory of any computer related peripherals and accessories**Salary**: Php10,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Pay raiseSchedule:- Shift systemSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary**Experience**:- IT Officer: 1 year (preferred)
