**IT MANAGER - Onsite (Taguig)**- Analyze Client's IT system and infrastructure- Understanding client's IT business needs- Diagnose IT system problems, inefficiencies and challenges- Plan or project management a timeline for IT project completion- Implement technology solution to meet client's business needs- Analyze and determine IT security threats- Provide insight and advice on technology best practice- Collaborate with Client's IT Team to ensure technology familiarity- Train IT Team on use of new IT system/ technology- Monitor IT solution success- Produce detailed report on technology efficiency- Lead and guide the IT team on Finance review and any audit activity- Monitor and supervise IT team's DTR and their day-to-day task- Schedule and share weekly MOM on local IT team- Prepare and submit weekly documents and reports to Client or as per business requires- Attend and lead weekly meetings with Client and principal office, together with IT team- Attend and lead weekly meeting with Client and with Tokyo officeProvide insight and data on local IT team's performance review**Requirements**:- Must be a graduate of any IT/Engineering related course- Minimum 6 years experience in an IT environment with an emphasis on Service Delivery- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with various audiences; mature, confident, assertivecommunication style- Must be flexible and quick to adapt to sudden changes and issues- High levels of patience and calm under pressure to facilitate technician coaching and training- Enjoy working independently with little or no supervision while maintaining a high level of efficiency.- Knowledge and experience on maintaining servers, networks, pc etc.- Experience on handling helpdesk.- Highly motivated individual and a proactive learner- Validated ability to work in a team environment- ITIL Certification is a plus**Salary**: Php60,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- IT Service Delivery: 6 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
