Job Description:
Follow related services and regulatory processes to provide client support services for end-users. Base on service request, troubleshoot and rectify issues relating to the operating systems, application software, mail client, printing systems, networks, computer hardware, and peripheral equipment. Provide basic IT training and IT Information Security training to the end-users. Maintain and enhance existing knowledge base system. Complete additional tasks arranged by the superior. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or its equivalent. Should have one year experience as IT Helpdesk with the following skills:
Active Directory Microsoft Exchange Server Microsoft Office Different Operating System such as windows systems VMware Troubleshooting Networking Has strong sense of responsibility. Highly motivated in learning with IT. Interested in reading IT materials. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Can speak Mandarin is a plus. Fast learner and team player.
