Inventory Analyst

**Job description - Inventory Analyst (Claims)**1. Performing regular inventory counts for good and damaged units.2. Drafting inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data for good and damaged units.3. Reporting inventory statistics to management and suggesting improvements to inventory control for good and damaged units.4. Coordinating with other departments to resolve discrepancies between actual and system inventory for good and damaged units.5. Creating and maintaining inventory databases and systems for accurately managing inventory for non-system units.6. Updates and maintain the system for monitoring good units (SDS Cello) and damaged units (MSL CDIMS).7. Coordinates with MSL Claims Team for pull-out/transfer of claimed damaged units8. Ensure conformity to the set schedule assigned by the Manager / Supervisor / Team Leader.9. Ensures that all irregularities encountered shall be escalated to the Manager / Supervisor / Team Leader for immediate action.10. Ensure to follow any special/additional instruction instructed by the Manage / Supervisor / Team Leader relevant to the good/damaged unit monitoring.11. May suggest process improvements with proper coordination to QHSE Officer and Supervisor / Team Leader to ensure alignment with Quality standards.12. Reports unsafe conditions and practices by making suggestions for corrective or removal of accident hazards.13. Ensures that all GWPs are consistently followed, and housekeeping activities are kept in line with quality standardsSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
