Internet Marketing Lead-Mobile App Acquisition (Marketing)

Job Description:
Lead a team of Mobile App Acquisition in driving mobile app installs and customer retention through Digital Marketing. Work collaboratively with team members to optimize mobile app install performance, and drive analysis that leads to insightful decision-making that improves efficiency for the campaign. Oversee the performance of the campaign, and recommend changes in spending. Review and revise strategies created by subordinates to increase install rates and lower cost-per-install across campaigns. Create reports and analysis of campaign performance. Mentor subordinates in terms of their soft skills and hard skills. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with a plus in Marketing, IT or any related field At least 4 years of marketing work experiences, especially in Mobile App Marketing Strong understanding of Appsflyer, App Annie, and other related analytics tools 2+ years in a managerial position Proficient in spoken & written English
