We are looking to hire an Internal Auditor.Job Role:As Internal Auditor, you will formulate, implement and monitor effectiveness of internal controls within Human Nature operations to ensure company sustainability.Set up of Risk Management AssessmentPolicies and procedures documentationsDevelop an Internal Audit PlanEnsure functional departments compliance to existing company policies and proceduresQualifications:Graduate of BS Accountancy.Must be a CPA.With minimum 5 years actual work experience handling Internal Audit function preferably within same industry as Human Nature. With Certified Internal Control Auditor certification a PLUS.With strong background in reparation of audit reports, internal control monitoring, risk matrix preparationBackground in SAP preferableHighly proficient in ExcelDriven, persistent and delivers according to expectations no matter the challengesWith the competence and the will/positive influence to introduce new processes and work with people towards its mainstreamingGood oral and written communication both internal and externalHas the heart for our advocacy Pro Philippines, Pro Poor and Pro EnvironmentWilling to be based in our Paseo de Sta. Rosa with 1x a week visit to Quezon City office or Carmelray plant
