Information Technology - Mis

Encodes all system master list such as customers, suppliers, and items;
Provides system support for companywide accounting systems;
Provides and facilitates client / user support by conducting trainings, orientations, creating work instruction manuals and other instructional services;
Performs documentation of all company activities and programs and in – charge for the safekeeping and maintaining information confidentiality;
Ensures applications (computer software) security, computer account administration;
Attends inquiries, suggestions and complaints concerning Management Information Systems;
Performs record-keeping functions to all but not limited to Information Technology transactions;
Performs related tasks as may be assigned form time to time.

SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs Company Information System administration such as user account, e-mail account, other services, debugging and enhancements;
Creates, develops, and maintains graphic design and layouts such as company forms and other related services;
Develops and evaluates system software to address work simplification;
Ensures all anti – virus and security software is updated to all companywide computers and devices;
Conducts periodic computer system preventive maintenance from time to time;

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
A graduate of computer science, computer engineering, information technology or any related courses;
Preferably with at least six (6) months’ experience as a Management Information System Assistant in a corporate environment or equivalent professional practice;
Good decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills;
Proficient in written and communication skills;
Highly organized and has an eye for detail;
Self-motivated and hardworking;
Positive personal values and strong work ethic;
Accomplished at least one multifaceted system and or web application development project;
Knowledge of computer applications and operating system, data base and system administration, analysis and design, network technology and security, trouble shooting and repair procedures, hardware and software applications, back – up procedures;
Strict in implementing of rules, regulations, and policies.
