Working with us allows you the opportunity to deal with the technical challenges of scaling systems with hundreds of thousands of clients.Who we are looking for:- We are looking for an experienced technical team lead to work with us to convert business requirements into functional prototypes for our product owners and effective automated continuous delivery pipelines for our development teams.Responsibilities:Lead a team to release working software on a frequent and regular basis.Work with product owners and domain experts to quickly develop working prototypes.Work with the development team to automate a continuous delivery process, from code commit to QA.Envision the architecture of the system with a view towards scalability and flexibility.Grow the team through a combination of hiring and mentoring.QualificationsDedicated to learning and teaching.Designs beautiful APIs, data schemas, and code.Committed to the craft of software.Plus: passionate about at least one other interesting non-IT pursuit.Practical experience with automating the build processHeavily oriented towards code and release management (e.g. semantic versioning)Knows how to design beautiful APIsKnows how to scale data, goes beyond relational databases in application designOriented towards prototyping, building small testable components that can be integrated laterLess emphasis on actual framework (any reasonable one will do) and front-end developmentThink you have what it takes?
