Impex Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervises the movement of products/equipment/material in and out of the country in accordance with the organization policy and procedure and comply with relevant local and international law and processesSupervises necessary documentation and online permit application such as PDEA, PEZA, etc for cost efficient, cost effective and lawful execution of all import/export activitiesSupervises and control shipment scheduling for cost and efficiant inbound and outbound expenditurePlans and implements Import and Export strategy and activities consistent with overall aims and requirement of the organization Checks and analyzez data in terms of logistics target and product life cycle Keep abreast on all relevant Import and Export law and procedures including duties and licenses and restrictions Search and recommends potential logistics provider that can provide reasonable costEnsures that all government reportorial activities are compliedEnsures that incoming shipment and deliveries are properly received, documented, keep and organizedPerforms other jobs that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to timeQualificationsGraduate of BS Industrial Engineering and other Allied coursesWith at least 3 years of equivalent expereince preferably in a manufacturing set-up specializing production planning, logistics/supply chainKnowledge in PEZA and BOC RegulationsPreferable with working knowledge in SAP System or ERP SystemProficient in communication skills both written and oralHave knowledge and experience in Triangular Shipment
