QUALIFICATIONS Education: AB/BS degree in Social Science/ Sociology, Human ResourceManagement, Psychology or its equivalent
Experience: Knowledgeable in Labor laws and STI policies

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Job Summary: Manages and updates the school personnel information and timekeeping. Administers government mandated and company sponsored benefits and other Human Resources support services.
Personnel Information Management
- Manages and updates personnel information;
- Ensures proper recording of employee data and movement to avoid confusion and to track employee development at a given time;
- Performs control measures to ensure safety, confidentiality and traceability of employee information and documents;
Timekeeping
- Processes, validates and updates timekeeping for on time payroll advice and monitoring of employee attendance record;
- Evaluates and provides reports to concerned individual/group/ management to provide essential input in the implementation of related programs/ accomplishment of related task;
- Ensures prompt response to timekeeping concerns and request to avoid complaints of employees; proper coordination employees to reconcile Timekeeping and Attendance Sheet (TAS) discrepancies;
- On time coordination with IT personnel in-charge for timekeeping system concerns and monitor status to ensure that the system is functioning well;
- Recommends system and processes enhancement to ensure actual implementation based on the agreed resolution to improve and simplify processes involve in timekeeping system;
- Recommends awareness campaign to communicate the general process, policies and updates concerning timekeeping;
- Recommends alternative ways to support proper handling of employee queries and concerns and prompt monitoring of status;
Benefits Administration
- Reviews existing guidelines to further facilitate processing and administration of employee benefits;
- Ensures proper administration of benefits to provide employees with the appropriate support and protection based on government mandated rules and employee manual;
- Ensures proper handling and prompt response to benefit-related queries and concerns to provide the employees with the needed information that are accurate and up to date;
- Recommends awareness campaign and ensure implementation of identified programs to empower employees understanding on benefits coverage and procedural requirements; ensure availability of employee benefits facts and general process guide for employee reference and guidance;
- Disseminates benefits information update and reminders to concerned group to ensure proper administration of benefits and to keep employees well informed;
- Generates, evaluates and provides benefit consumption and other benefits-related reports to recommend improvement and provide useful tool in the implementation of related projects/ accomplishment of related tasks;
- Monitors system and standard timetable to ensure completeness of documents and on time update of records;
Support Services
- Coordinates/ arranges fourth month panel meeting to ensure on time evaluation of all probationary employees;
- Prepares necessary materials, forms and evaluated reports to support effective and efficient administration and implementation of HR projects;
- Involves in other HR projects and activities and recommends potential approach on ways to improve existing processes and provides essential input as a contribution in the accomplishment of targeted objective;
- Ensures appropriate handling of concerns for prompt response and proper coordination of queries to concerned people and to avoid complaints;
- Performs other duties assigned by the immediate head related to these functions and position.
Employee Relations
- Provides proactive assistance to employees for the interpretation and implementation of company policies and procedures;
- Provides advice, counsel and resolution to employees on broad range of issues including General HR, work condition, employee development, performance management, etc.
- Facilitates committee investigation and resolution on administrative cases
- Acts as liaison between employee and management
