Job Description:
General Description The Human Resources Manager manages all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, benefits and compensation, and organization development. As HR Manager, stays up to date with current legal HR compliance needs and ensures all HR documentation is up to date, complete and accurate, including employee file maintenance or 201 files.


The HR Manager will lead all HR’s practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented high-performance culture. Reporting directly to the CEO, and working closely with colleagues to ensure all HR duties are undertaken in accordance with employment law, company policy and ensuring any risk to the business is minimized.


Responsibilities Develops and implements HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, annual performance appraisals and consultation with managers Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs and evaluates the effectiveness of the training programs to the employees Selecting and managing resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training Ensures timely processing of employees’ performance evaluation Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures Manages full recruitment process including sourcing strategy, interviewing, reference checking, and job offers to candidate Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Plan and oversee employee benefits program and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends and recommending benefit programs to the management Monitors the government-mandated benefits programs of the employees Supervise the operations of an organization’s payroll Oversee all aspects of employment law and employee relations including overseeing all investigations, disciplinary procedures, and terminations to ensure they comply with labor law Establishes and maintains department records and reports Communicates effectively at all levels of the organization with the ability to influence appropriately Must be willing to accept changes, other tasks and responsibilities not mentioned above for the overall growth of the company Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/ Master's Degree, Human Resource Management or Equivalent Preferably with 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Be able to organize, plan, and communicate for effective use of resources Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good presentation skills Capacity to prioritize tasks and work under pressure Strong analytical and planning skills
