ASO PHILIPPINES, INC. A Japanese-owned, American-managed medical device company is looking for:HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR This role shall directly oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, selection & placement, employee training and development, timekeeping, benefits and employee welfare, legal compliance, and industrial relations which involves direct control of the effective administration of all personnel policies and procedures of the company. must possess the following: Bachelor's degree related and relevant to the jobMinimum of 2 year experience in a supervisory position in human resource managementCan develop training modules and conduct trainingKnowledgeable in labor laws, formulation of company policies, programs, and ISO 9000 implementationWith strong attention to detail, decision-making, planning, and facilitation skillsExcellent in both oral and written communicationWith excellent leadership skills
