Job Description:
HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring employees deliver quality service, performance and value. Responsibilities are as follow:


General Administration – Sustain and maintain stability within the office


Office Upkeep Grocery Schedule of Runner Assets and Equipment monitoring Employee Retention- Ensure quality employees grow internally and deliver quality output


Seminars for employees Employee recognition Handling employee concerns Evaluation (Quarterly and Annual) Birthday month Company Management- Manpower, Inter-department Communication, Discipline and Culture setting


Hiring Handbook Guidelines and enforcement Organization communication (interdepartmental, process) Company Events (Christmas party, annual etc) organization Townhall Minimum Qualifications:
Key attributes of the successful candidate will include: Proven working experience as HR manager People oriented and results driven Demonstrable experience with HR metrics Knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
