Details of the offer

Must have at least7-10 years leadership experience, strong business acumen and knowledge of Human Resources
HR Shared Services experience is preferred
Must be knowledgeable in HRIS and expertise in Workday and PeopleSoft
Has Ability to lead teams through change
With Strong leadership skills with a proven track record building and motivating teams
Has Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership, internal customers, vendors and demonstrated ability to communicate with different cultures across multiple continents.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Preferably CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Directors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
