DIRECT HIRING!Tasks/Activities:•Educates all employees on the company rules and regulations to guide them on all expected norms of conduct•Facilitates implementation of standard disciplinary due process/procedure in processing rule violators:a.Conduct of Preliminary Investigations and determination of probable causeb.Writing and serving of Show Cause Memo/Written Explanation to erring employeesc.Investigating and collating documentary and testimonial evidences from witnesses that is material in the cased.Conduct and evaluation of case hearingse.Writing and serving of disciplinary memos to erring employees after full case evaluation and analysis based on alleged violations committed.•Analyzes and evaluates root causes of violation patterns and trends and recommends preventive measures that can be implemented thereto•Directly coordinates with the departments supervisors/heads/managers of employees with disciplinary issues for proper assistance coaching at work•Prepares and submits Labor Relations Reports on time
